Painting pumpkins! Yes this dad’s having too much fun with my Canon 5D Mark II SLR video capability. Everything is straight out of camera and edited in Final Cut Express 4. In fact the amazing video results that come from Canon’s 5D Mark II and their new Canon 7D SLR have really made an impact in TV & Film. Just check out Saturday Night Live’s new opening credits – it was shot with Canon SLRs! SNL’s DP (director of photography) has shot a few other SNL segments with the 5D and 7D as well.
